Job Summary
This role involves working as both a project contributor and an IT lecturer, focusing heavily on financial management and business accounting within the public sector, specifically utilizing SAP systems. The primary project responsibility is supporting the migration to the next-generation software, SAP S4/HANA, and implementing the double-entry budgetary system (Doppik) for the Bremen public service. Day-to-day tasks include project management participation, designing and delivering training courses, and creating comprehensive educational materials (e.g., e-learning, blended learning formats) for public sector employees on SAP and business administration topics. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in public sector accounting, SAP modules, and a passion for adult education and pedagogical development, offering a creative and responsible role within a supportive team environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree at Bachelor's level or comparable qualification required for career path group 2, 1st entry level
Experience
- Professional experience in double-entry budgetary, accounting, and financial systems (ideally acquired in the public sector)
- Knowledge and experience in SAP modules or comparable systems
- Knowledge and experience in business accounting
- Competence in conducting qualification measures, preferably IT training
- Teaching experience (ideally)
- Experience in developing training materials and setting up training systems (ideally)
