Job Summary

This role involves leading and shaping complex construction projects, focusing specifically on the Technical Building Equipment (TBE) and electrical systems within high-rise and industrial construction. Key responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle, from the bidding phase through execution, while strictly controlling quality, deadlines, and economic viability. The Electrical Project Manager will act as the TBE site manager, coordinating execution planning with external specialists, ensuring compliance with technical and legal frameworks (VOB), and overseeing the commissioning and acceptance of all building technology installations. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman. Experience in TBE, ideally in construction management, is highly desired. Success in this role requires strong technical affinity, proficiency in digital tools like CAD, iTWO, and Revit, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-security projects for international government clients like NATO and the U.S. Forces.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or comparable qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman

Experience

  • Professional experience in Technical Building Equipment, focusing on Electrical systems
  • Ideally, experience in construction management (Bauleitung)
  • Experience in project steering from the bidding phase to execution
  • Initial practical experience in the field of electrical construction is acceptable for motivated starters
