Job Summary

This role is a vital IT Administrator position focused on comprehensive system administration and user support within a globally leading electronics firm near Gunzenhausen. Day-to-day tasks involve the full lifecycle management of IT hardware, including the procurement, configuration, and rollout of PCs, servers, network components, and printers. The administrator will be the primary point of contact for 1st-level support, handling inquiries via phone, on-site, and through the helpdesk system. Key technical responsibilities include managing user and group accounts in Active Directory, administering Windows Servers, maintaining virtual infrastructure using VMware/V-Center, and overseeing data backup/recovery systems. Candidates must possess an IT qualification, professional experience in a similar role, and expertise in Windows environments.
