Job Summary
This role is for a Digital Service Manager or Business Informatics Specialist within the energy sector, focusing on the ASS NETZ platform. This platform is crucial for managing planned and unplanned maintenance, including technician deployment, order distribution, switching operations, and fault handling. The successful candidate will coordinate IT operations and drive continuous development activities for workforce management, ensuring the quality of user stories and overseeing their release into production. Key responsibilities also include planning and monitoring test activities, preparing and deploying releases, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. This position offers an opportunity to work on a critical system that supports both internal staff and external partners, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of energy grid operations.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in order management and workforce management
- Professional experience in the energy industry
- Experience with IT service management processes, especially ITIL
