Job Summary
This role involves supporting the social services department by acting as the primary IT liaison and coordinating all IT projects and procedures within the Office for Youth and Family. Key responsibilities include system administration, maintenance, and support for installed departmental programs, encompassing system backups, testing, data maintenance, and statistical evaluations. The specialist will also design and conduct user training sessions and actively participate in IT project groups. Candidates must possess a relevant qualification, such as a degree in Informatics or Administration, and demonstrate strong organizational, coordination, and teamwork skills. Required Skills
Education
Required qualifications include one of the following: Eligibility for the A 10 LBesO status office in Administration and Finance, completed Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II), or a completed university degree in Informatics or a degree program with sufficient IT content.
Experience
- Practical experience in the IT/EDP sector (desirable)
- Professional experience in self-reliant and conscientious work
- Willingness to undergo further training in IT and administration

- The position is full-time (40/39 hours per week) and permanent. Must meet the qualification requirements for salary group A 10 LBesO or pay grade 9 c TVöD (German Public Service Salary Scales).
