Job Summary

This role involves supporting the social services department by acting as the primary IT liaison and coordinating all IT projects and procedures within the Office for Youth and Family. Key responsibilities include system administration, maintenance, and support for installed departmental programs, encompassing system backups, testing, data maintenance, and statistical evaluations. The specialist will also design and conduct user training sessions and actively participate in IT project groups. Candidates must possess a relevant qualification, such as a degree in Informatics or Administration, and demonstrate strong organizational, coordination, and teamwork skills.
