Job Summary

This role involves joining the Project and Application Development team to support and maintain the company's critical Human Capital Management (HCM) and related Analytics/Data Warehouse solutions, primarily operating in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirements in close coordination with specialized departments, designing and implementing technical solutions, and developing modern processes, services, and interfaces. The specialist will also be responsible for designing business processes, application modules, reports, and potentially handling ETL development. Key qualifications include practical experience implementing and supporting SaaS HCM solutions, proficiency with modern interface technologies like REST, and familiarity with integration platforms such as Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
