Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Remote Support Engineer specializing in Patient Care and Cardiology Informatics solutions, serving customers across the DACH and EU regions. The engineer will be the first line of technical help, responsible for providing remote support to over 200 customers, efficiently resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting software and hardware incidents according to standard procedures. A key focus is maintaining high technical knowledge, contributing to the global knowledge base, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, experience in customer-facing technical support, and specific knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, DICOM, HL7, and T-SQL or scripting languages like PowerShell. This position is crucial for improving product quality and overall customer satisfaction within a leading health technology company.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or related technical field; ITIL Foundation certification (added advantage)

Experience

  • Experience in customer-facing technical support roles
  • Professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server, DICOM, HL7, T-SQL, or scripting languages
  • Prior technical work on ISCV / XPER / IBE (added advantage)
