Job Summary

This 6-month contract position as a Central Data Agent within the Client Onboarding & Administration department at Swissquote is ideal for an organized professional with confirmed experience in the financial sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance during the client onboarding process. Daily tasks include the detailed analysis and investigation of legal and tax documentation for individual client files, focusing on critical international regulations such as AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, and CRS. You will also manage the accurate input of data for various account opening methods, including correspondence, online applications, and video conferences. Success in this role requires close collaboration with the Compliance and Business Operations teams, as well as frequent interaction with internal relationship managers.
