This Senior Consultant role within EY's People Advisory Services (PAS) focuses specifically on Swiss Individual Tax and Global Mobility. You will be instrumental in helping global corporate and private clients manage the complex compliance, reporting, and risk associated with deploying a globally mobile workforce. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating within global teams on international projects, preparing complex Swiss tax returns including international tax allocations for seconded employees, and independently reviewing tax assessments. A crucial part of the role is advising clients on objection procedures and negotiating with tax authorities. Successful candidates must possess a strong foundation in Swiss income tax law, ideally complemented by knowledge of cross-border tax and social security issues, and demonstrate fluency in both German and English.
