Job Summary

The Sustainability Manager will join Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) in Geneva to drive the sustainability agenda within their rapidly growing alternative investment unit, which manages over USD 30 billion across Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, and Hedge Funds. This crucial role involves designing and implementing responsible investment frameworks across various alternative asset classes and conducting rigorous sustainability due diligence to inform investment decisions. Key responsibilities include leading stewardship activities, developing robust data models and tools (potentially utilizing Python or Power BI) for enhanced analytical reporting, and managing internal and external sustainability disclosures related to major regulatory frameworks like SFDR and TCFD. This position offers the chance to work autonomously and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to a high-ambition team. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant field (finance, engineering, or science) and at least seven years of professional experience in sustainability, including four years specifically within asset management.
