Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Process Owner responsible for driving innovation and efficiency across sales and customer contact processes within a leading German insurance group. Day-to-day activities involve developing and implementing cross-divisional applications and processes, strategically integrating new technologies such as AI and Data Analytics. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of technical concepts, designing robust technical and organizational solutions compliant with legal requirements, and leading projects or sub-projects that meet the needs of the sales department. A strong background in Business Administration or (Business) Informatics is preferred, coupled with practical experience in the full software development lifecycle (concept, testing, rollout). Success in this position requires proven multi-year project management experience, strong analytical capabilities, and expertise in data management and modern office applications (e.g., MS365, Power-BI). Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Economics or (Business) Informatics; alternatively, qualification as an Insurance and Finance Clerk or IT Specialist
