Job Summary

This role involves joining a team of specialists dedicated to maintaining highly complex client IT environments at Frankfurt Airport. The Client Support Specialist will provide 1st and 2nd Level Support, both remotely and on-site, addressing customer inquiries, processing service requests, and resolving incidents using established tools. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), installing and deploying IT hardware, and managing user rights, policies, and software usage (e.g., Active Directory, patch management, antivirus). Candidates should possess a vocational qualification in IT (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Client applications (Windows 10, MS Office/Office 365), and practical experience applying established service concepts and processes.
