Job Summary

This role involves ensuring continuous operational flow by monitoring technical systems via building control technology from the central control room. The Technical Supporter will work in a 24/7 shift system, handling and processing technical fault reports received from the building control technology or on-site technicians. Key responsibilities include evaluating fault messages (such as temperature deviations or pressure losses), prioritizing them, documenting them, and initiating necessary corrective actions by assigning tasks to technical departments or on-call services outside of normal working hours. Candidates should possess a vocational qualification in a relevant field, several years of technical experience, and fundamental knowledge of HVAC systems (ventilation, heating, and cooling). This position requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to perform concentrated screen work, offering an unlimited contract and attractive benefits under the Metal Collective Agreement.
