Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an electrically qualified professional to work as a Service Technician specializing in electricity meter installations on behalf of energy suppliers. Daily responsibilities include replacing existing electricity meters, performing routine meter changes, and upgrading systems to intelligent metering technology (smart meters). A crucial aspect of the role is accurate documentation of all work performed. This position offers stable, standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week) with no requirement for shift work or weekend duty. The successful candidate must possess a vocational qualification in the electrical sector and a Class B driving license. The role is highly attractive due to the provision of a personal company car, starting from the employee's home address, complete with a fuel card, and a competitive compensation package including a performance bonus.
