Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist in Digitalization and AI, focusing on driving the digital transformation, initially concentrating on administrative processes within one of the largest clinic companies in the region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the digitalization and AI strategy, and will be responsible for the conception, development, and leadership of complex digitalization and AI projects. Key responsibilities include building project structures, managing project steering, and coaching sub-project leaders in project management methodologies. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business Informatics or Public Management, coupled with proven professional experience emphasizing project management, process analysis, and deep expertise in the AI environment.
