The City of Neubrandenburg is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join its Real Estate Management department (Eigenbetrieb Immobilienmanagement). This full-time, permanent position focuses on the planning, realization, and maintenance of technical electrical systems across the city's infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing projects from development through final billing, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and overseeing maintenance contracts for critical systems. Key areas of focus include traffic technology (traffic lights, parking systems), railway infrastructure (switch heating, track lighting), and specialized installations in public facilities like underground garages and tunnels (fire alarm systems, electrical distribution). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent Master/Industrial Master qualification, possesses strong knowledge of relevant norms and guidelines, and demonstrates excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
