Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Laboratory Technician or someone with food-related vocational training, including career starters, to join a cooperative team environment in Bleckede on a permanent contract. The primary responsibilities involve ensuring product quality through rigorous quality controls and analytical testing. Day-to-day tasks include pulling samples from operations, executing quality checks according to established test plans and methods, managing shelf-life (MHD) samples, and handling raw material orders for R&D. The technician will also be responsible for operating and evaluating the Near-Infrared (NIR) device and receiving training to represent colleagues in microbiology and allergen testing. Candidates must possess basic PC skills, specialized English language knowledge, and demonstrate a highly structured, conscientious, and reliable work ethic, along with a willingness to work shifts. The position offers a social environment, a 4.5-day work week, and generous vacation time.
