Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to actively shape development within the Emsland region as a key Project Manager. The successful candidate will independently manage and plan traffic and outdoor facilities across all stages (HOAI phases 1-8), ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include leading project teams, organizing and conducting meetings with stakeholders, assigning responsibilities, and acting as the reliable point of contact for business partners. Key qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field, professional experience in traffic and outdoor facility planning, and strong knowledge of German construction and planning regulations (HOAI, VOB).
