Job Summary

This role seeks dedicated Safety Officers to manage occupational safety across Germany, focusing heavily on accident prevention and maintaining order in various operational areas. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous control of client-specified safety regulations, performing fire watch duties, checking safety equipment according to work permit procedures, and conducting gas/air measurements (depending on training). A critical component of the job is identifying potential hazards, initiating the emergency chain of notification, and leading rescue measures when necessary. This position is unique as it actively welcomes career changers (Quereinsteiger) and provides comprehensive initial training and professional onboarding. Candidates must be physically fit, suitable for working at heights, and prepared for extensive nationwide travel. Strong German language proficiency (C1 minimum) is mandatory to ensure clear communication during safety-critical situations.
