Key daily tasks include monitoring and enforcing client-specific safety regulations, performing essential fire watches, controlling gas/air measurements (Freimessungen), and inspecting safety equipment according to the work permit procedure. The specialist must be adept at identifying potential hazards, initiating the emergency alarm chain, and leading rescue measures when necessary.
