Job Summary
This Facility Manager role is based in Marienheide, supporting an internationally successful manufacturer and wholesaler of packaging materials. The primary focus of the role is maintaining the company's facilities, ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness both inside the buildings and in exterior areas. Key daily responsibilities include performing general manual maintenance tasks, overseeing green space upkeep and winter services, and actively supporting renovation and new construction projects. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about technology, possess strong manual dexterity, and demonstrate technical understanding. Required traits include flexibility, mobility, and a high level of commitment to independent and goal-oriented work. Experience in electrical engineering or general building services is considered highly desirable.
