Job Summary

This role as an Electrical Design Engineer in Solingen offers an opportunity to join a specialized team focusing on demanding projects within the engineering sector, offering significant creative freedom and flexible working models. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the core creation of electrical documentation, including circuit, parts, and assembly plans using EPLAN P8. You will be crucial in preparing tender documents for switch cabinet construction, coordinating electrical assemblies, and monitoring supplier performance, ensuring adherence to customer specifications and industry standards. You will also support minor assembly and retrofit projects, working closely with project management and customers. The ideal candidate holds a degree or qualification as a Technician/Master in Electrical or Control Technology, coupled with relevant experience in plant construction and specialized knowledge in Intralogistics projects. Excellent command of German and proficiency with EPLAN (v2.9/202x) and related design tools are essential. The position requires a willingness to travel and provides attractive long-term development opportunities in an international setting.
