Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Measurement Technician to ensure top-tier quality standards within a reputable manufacturing client. The core responsibilities include the independent execution of precise measurements on sample parts (initial samples/requalification) according to technical drawings, including thorough documentation and result evaluation. The technician will also be responsible for measuring series parts, communicating findings to relevant staff, and developing comprehensive measuring strategies and programs. Key qualifications include a technical vocational background, ideally as a Quality Technician, coupled with practical experience in a production environment and expertise in quality assurance and metrology. Proficiency in standard measuring devices, data analysis software, and coordinate measuring technology (preferably ZEISS and Calypso) is essential, along with knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, and PPF processes.
