Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive project management within the specialized field of electrical engineering for custom plant construction, focusing specifically on glass product manufacturing and processing facilities. The Project Engineer will be responsible for drafting technical specifications and requirement profiles, managing procurement processes, and overseeing external manufacturing and acceptance testing. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, designing machine controls and drive technologies, and creating/maintaining ECAD plans and bills of materials. The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent qualification (such as a Technician) in Electrical Engineering, possesses multi-year professional experience in the field, and has thorough knowledge of relevant technical rules, regulations, and laws. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in ECAD (EPLAN P8) and SAP-EAM, and the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment are essential for success in this demanding and specialized engineering position.
