Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Service Technician specializing in the maintenance and repair of technically demanding systems, primarily serving clients in the automotive industry. Key daily tasks involve performing comprehensive maintenance and repair operations, conducting independent fault diagnosis, and implementing technical optimizations and modernization measures directly at customer sites. The technician will work closely with the internal helpdesk and development departments to resolve complex issues and actively contribute to continuous product improvement. Furthermore, the role requires providing on-site instruction and training to customer operating personnel and offering telephone support for technical inquiries. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial mechanics, demonstrates a structured, solution-oriented approach, and is enthusiastic about modern measurement, testing, and electromobility technologies. Regular field assignments are a core component of this customer-facing position.
