Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for junior candidates or career starters to establish themselves in IT support, focusing on providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level technical assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling and documenting service requests via a ticketing system, performing hardware maintenance, managing IT component inventory, and supporting system relocations and workplace changes. A key focus is on customer care and user support, including the administration of mobile devices (MDM), printers, video systems, and telephony clients (softphones, headsets). The ideal candidate possesses initial professional experience or a relevant technical IT qualification, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented, solution-focused mindset, coupled with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products. This is a permanent position offering continuous professional development and support.
