Job Summary

This role seeks a System Electronics Development Engineer passionate about guiding complex technical systems from concept to implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and integrating hardware components and communication networks, selecting and evaluating system components based on technical and economic criteria, and defining detailed cabling specifications for large equipment like electronics cabinets. The engineer will also be responsible for conducting requirements analysis, creating system designs, configuring and testing network functionality, and providing crucial support to project management through technical documentation and cost/schedule estimations. Furthermore, the role involves performing functional controls, including environmental testing, and maintaining project schedules and cost-to-complete estimations. Key qualifications include a degree in a relevant engineering field (Communications, Power, or Automation Technology) and experience in the analysis and design of distributed systems.
