Job Summary

This is a key leadership role overseeing the strategic and operational management of the Nersingen branch for a leading German service company specializing in industrial electrical engineering and power supply. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving growth, achieving business objectives, and managing all commercial metrics, including budget, revenue, and profit. Day-to-day tasks involve technical leadership focused on power supply systems, disciplinary and professional management of staff, ensuring quality standards are met, creating proposals and calculations, and actively maintaining and expanding customer relationships within the industrial sector. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Power Engineering) or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with significant professional experience and proven leadership capabilities in the industrial electrical sector.
