Job Summary

This role involves leading the electrical engineering shift operations at a confectionery production site in Berlin. The Shift Leader will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of the shift, including personnel deployment, and the planning and execution of maintenance and repair work on machinery, systems, and building services. A core focus will be on optimizing processes through the project planning and implementation of automation measures, including process visualization and industrial image processing for quality assurance. The ideal candidate must possess an electrical engineering background, leadership competence, and experience with industrial control systems (S5, S7, WinCC, LOGO!).
