Job Summary

The IT Network Manager will lead a technical network team, focusing on daily coaching, skills development, and activity prioritization to ensure timely project delivery and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include the global supervision of network operations, managing complex incidents across internal and inter-site infrastructures, and ensuring optimal network availability through performance monitoring and corrective actions. A significant part of the role involves contributing to the design, evolution, and security of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and datacenter infrastructures, actively participating in network security (segmentation, access control, advanced filtering). This strategic position requires close collaboration with security, systems, and application teams, managing internal and external stakeholders, and driving strategic projects involving new technologies like IoT and mobility. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications and at least 10 years of confirmed experience in network/security administration, including prior team management experience.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of confirmed experience in network administration and security.
  • Prior experience in technical supervision or team management.
  • Strong knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MSTP, VTP) on Cisco equipment.
  • Strong command of firewall technologies (clusters, zoning, L4/L7 filtering).
