Job Summary
This role involves working as an Electronics Engineer specializing in analog and digital circuitry within the high-tech field of radiation sensor development and manufacturing. The professional will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and design of electronic circuits for detector control and readout, through component selection, simulation, and PCB layout. Day-to-day tasks include building, testing, and commissioning newly developed assemblies in the lab, and ensuring the product successfully transitions from prototyping to serial production. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, solid knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology, proficiency in modern development tools for schematics and layouts (including SPICE simulation), and expertise in FPGAs.
