Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated professional to take technical leadership of approximately 15 employees within the electronics manufacturing shift. The core focus is on maintaining operational excellence by controlling and monitoring daily order planning, managing personnel deployment, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding strict product quality standards. A key aspect of the job involves monitoring central production key figures and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives, particularly those related to LEAN methodologies and process optimization. Furthermore, the Shift Manager is responsible for coordinating and resolving technical disruptions on THT soldering systems. The ideal candidate must hold a qualification as an Electronics or Mechatronics Technician and possess practical experience in electronics production.
