This full-time role involves co-leading the Electrical Department team at a successful, medium-sized aluminum die-casting foundry near Bonn. The Industrial Master Electrician will be responsible for the independent planning and coordination of maintenance and repairs for industrial systems and the core supply periphery of the foundry. Key daily tasks include executing repair work during malfunctions, analyzing fault events to derive and implement improvements, and driving change processes while maintaining team cohesion. The ideal candidate possesses a certified qualification as an Industrial Master Electrician in Electrical Engineering (Operations or Automation Technology) or an equivalent qualification. They must be a results-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality, strong leadership aspirations, and fundamental knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, control technology, and safety regulations.
