Job Summary

This role involves managing the installation, commissioning, and expansion of energy technology and power supply systems, focusing specifically on industrial electrical infrastructure. The Site Manager will oversee complex cable systems, including medium and low-voltage cable connections and necessary measurements. Key responsibilities include detailed scheduling and capacity planning for construction site operations, collaborating closely with project managers and planners, and preparing quantity surveys and reports for project leadership. A critical component of the role is personnel management, leading both internal employees and subcontractors. Candidates must possess a strong electrical background, preferably as a certified Technician or Master Electrician, coupled with experience in low and medium voltage systems and proven site leadership capabilities. The position requires a high degree of service orientation, strong leadership skills, and regional travel within Bavaria to manage various construction sites.
