Job Summary

The Chemical Technical Assistant and Sampler will execute crucial tasks within the incoming laboratory, primarily focusing on qualified sample collection and meticulous preparation in strict adherence to current regulations and work instructions. Daily responsibilities involve performing chemical analyses, conducting laboratory experiments, and examining samples according to predefined methods and standards. A core component of the role is the accurate documentation and evaluation of analytical results, utilizing both the operational ERP system and the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Furthermore, the role encompasses performing essential quality assurance measures, monitoring test equipment, and managing the professional disposal of sample material. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) or equivalent, coupled with basic experience in sampling techniques and handling analytical devices. Solid IT skills, particularly in MS Office, are mandatory, and a basic understanding of chemical principles, especially in lubricant analysis, is advantageous. This position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract and competitive compensation based on the Chemical Industry tariff agreement.
