Job Summary
This role as an IT System Administrator, based in Sindelfingen, focuses on delivering essential 1st level support and managing client systems within a dynamic environment. Day-to-day tasks include processing and documenting support cases, installing and maintaining both Windows and macOS clients, and performing critical user account administration across Active Directory, M365, and Exchange platforms. You will also be responsible for setting up new workstations, managing hardware and software procurement, and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or solid professional experience in IT support/helpdesk, coupled with strong Windows knowledge, basic macOS familiarity, and foundational networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). This position offers significant flexibility, including the option for home office and no fixed core hours, alongside structured onboarding and a collaborative team culture, making it an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented professional.
