Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Power Electronics Hardware Engineer based in Munich to actively shape digital technologies, focusing specifically on high-frequency (HF) systems and security-relevant hardware. The core mission involves setting up, controlling, and maintaining an HF measuring station crucial for characterizing power switch modules utilizing PIN diodes, which are integral to a fully electronic, quasi-stepless HF transformation network used for load matching. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the ongoing development of the switch board, designing and commissioning associated driver circuits, and overseeing device integration, qualification, and successful serial production rollout. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and demonstrate professional experience in both power electronics, particularly switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), and high-frequency technology.
