The specialist will handle the daily processing of revenues and expenditures for the business unit, manage complex payment runs, particularly relating to Economic Youth Welfare and Advance Maintenance Payments/Guardianships, and actively pursue recovery claims in these specialized areas. This position requires a meticulous, reliable, and communicative professional with proven experience in accounting, preferably within the public sector. Candidates should possess formal training as an Administrative Specialist, a relevant commercial qualification (such as Office Management or Banking), or be a Civil Servant of the 2nd Qualification Level. The role is offered part-time on an unrestricted contract, providing flexible working hours, mobile work options, and systematic training, ensuring excellent work-life balance while handling challenging and varied tasks.

Required Skills

Education

Training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellten) or completion of Qualification Course I (Fachprüfung I), OR training in a relevant commercial profession (e.g., Office Management, Banking), OR status as a Civil Servant of the 2nd Qualification Level, Administration and Finance track.
