Job Summary
The Jenawohnen GmbH, a major housing association in Jena and Thuringia, is seeking a Team Leader for Building Management to join their team permanently. This role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team responsible for coordinating essential property services. Day-to-day duties include overseeing green space maintenance, building cleaning, winter services, and general upkeep, alongside managing the team's budget and controlling external contractor performance. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical or facility management qualification, coupled with solid experience in personnel leadership, external partner collaboration, and building management. Success in this role requires a systematic, reliable, and solution-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a Class B driving license.
