Job Summary
This leadership role involves overseeing all commercial, personnel, and financial matters for a recognized workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM) operating across four locations in Germany. The Head of Administration and Financial Accounting will be responsible for managing the financial accounting team, coordinating bookkeeping across various departments, and ensuring compliance with German commercial and tax law. Key duties include preparing annual financial statements, profit and loss statements (GuV), balance sheets, and cash flow projections, as well as handling economic and investment planning. The ideal candidate holds a degree in business or administrative economics or equivalent experience, possesses deep knowledge of financial accounting and controlling, and is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
