Job Summary

The Group Controller acts as a strategic sparring partner, providing crucial business and financial support to domestic and international subsidiaries. This role is central to optimizing global business processes, managing financial planning, cost control, and risk management for the subsidiaries. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing complex special analyses, coordinating budget and forecast processes, and developing strategic impulses to enhance corporate performance. A key focus is the continuous improvement and further development of controlling processes, reporting structures, and analysis tools, including active involvement in the evolution of the controlling system landscape using tools like Power BI, SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in group controlling and strong analytical skills, IT affinity, and excellent language proficiency in both German and English.
