Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Service Technician specializing in electrical systems within the Facility Management sector, supporting leading market providers in the Würzburg area. The day-to-day responsibilities focus on the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of building services systems related to electrical engineering. Key tasks include troubleshooting, performing minor repairs, maintaining meticulous records of faults, tests, and maintenance activities, and ensuring technical documentation is up-to-date. Furthermore, the technician will coordinate external contractors for larger maintenance and repair projects. Candidates should have a completed professional training as an Electrician or in a related field (e.g., Energy and Building Technology, Industrial Engineering) and ideally possess several years of experience in building operations.
