This role involves managing technical teams and overseeing all technical operations within assigned properties, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to contractual agreements. The Object Manager is responsible for the economic steering of projects, including comprehensive budget and cost control, and acts as the primary coordinator for all service areas for Facility Management (FM) clients. Key qualifications include a technical background (such as a degree in Supply Engineering, General Engineering, or FM, or vocational training combined with a Master Craftsman or Technician certification) and solid professional experience in technical facility management.
