Job Summary

This role is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated SAP ABAP Developer to join an internationally established mid-sized company in Hamburg, contributing to its innovative SAP department. The core focus involves analyzing and executing specific development tasks using SAP ABAP programming, primarily within a SAP S/4 HANA Greenfield project environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and connecting interfaces to external systems using technologies like IDOC, ALE, and EDI. Furthermore, the developer will contribute to SAP architecture design, assessing feasibility and business utility. A key aspect of the role involves training SAP consultants, key users, and end-users, especially following the S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate possesses relevant professional experience in SAP ABAP development, knowledge of new technologies like S/4 HANA, and strong teamwork skills, coupled with excellent German and English proficiency.
