Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and implementing the Register Modernization Act (Registermodernisierungsgesetz) within Thuringia, Germany, specifically linking it to the Single Digital Gateway (SDG) regulation. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cross-thematic issues related to register modernization and the SDG-VO, and actively participating in relevant committees. This is a critical project focused on digitizing public administration to enable Germany- and EU-wide secure data transmission from existing registers. Key requirements include a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in a MINT, economics, or administrative field, coupled with several years of professional experience in public administration or project management. The position, based in Erfurt, is fixed-term until December 31, 2028, aligning with the project's duration.
