Job Summary
This full-time, fixed-term position (with intent for permanent employment) focuses equally on HR process digitalization and direct personnel service support. The specialist will primarily serve as the administrator for the P&I-Loga HR management tool, maintaining and overseeing its functionality. Additionally, the role involves comprehensive personnel services, including processing changes for employees (working hours, transfers, partial retirement, terminations), and managing payroll for both salaried employees and civil servants. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with experience in software administration and knowledge of German collective bargaining and civil service law, who thrives in a collaborative, digital-forward HR environment.
Required Skills
Education
Successful completion of the 3rd Qualification Level – Administration and Finance Track, or the Employee Training Course II, or a University Degree (Bachelor/Diplom-FH), or as a Diplom-Jurist. Applications from fully qualified lawyers (Volljuristen) and Master's graduates are also welcome.
Experience
- Experience in the introduction and administration of software (preferably P&I-Loga)
- Knowledge of German Collective Bargaining Law (Tarifrecht) and Civil Service Law (Beamtenrecht)

- Fixed-term contract until December 31, 2026 (with intent for permanent employment). Position is full-time but suitable for part-time within the framework of job- and desk-sharing. Must be eligible for remuneration according to pay grade 10 TVöD-VKA.
