Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead interdisciplinary teams focused on Electronics Development, specifically E/E systems for special motors. Key responsibilities include comprehensive project, budget, and task planning, along with coordinating requirements across internal and external stakeholders. The manager will be responsible for defining the architecture levels for requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions, while actively contributing innovative ideas. Candidates must hold a completed degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and demonstrate several years of professional experience, particularly in requirements management and leading technical teams. Fundamental knowledge of project management is essential. While not mandatory, familiarity with CAN Bus systems (J1939, CAN-Open) and functional safety standards like IEC 61508 or ISO-26262 is highly advantageous.
