Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Service Technician to ensure smooth IT operations for the DRK Kreisverband Bad Doberan e.V., a vital non-profit organization focused on social and health services. The successful candidate will act as the central coordinator and primary point of contact for the organization's IT infrastructure, handling 1st and 2nd Level Support, both remotely and on-site at various facilities. Key responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of hardware and software—from procurement and installation to configuration and maintenance—along with proactive system monitoring and managing telecommunications. You will also be crucial in documenting IT resources and supporting the planning and execution of IT projects. To qualify, you must possess a completed IT qualification, several years of relevant professional experience, fundamental knowledge of network administration and security, and proven proficiency in system installation and maintenance.
