Key responsibilities include hands-on planning supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM) and close collaboration with various departments (Architecture, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering) and external specialists. The ideal candidate holds a degree in technical building services, possesses professional experience in HVAC planning and site supervision across all project phases, and is proficient in CAD/Revit tools.
