Job Summary
This role is designed for a technically skilled professional to act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of ongoing building operations and facility management. Day-to-day responsibilities include steering and controlling organizational, technical, and personnel resources to optimize object operations, managing project execution, reviewing invoices, and maintaining cost responsibility. The specialist will also be crucial in problem-solving, advising clients on usage optimization, and ensuring contractual and legal compliance for all assignments. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Technology, combined with solid experience in Facility Management or Technical Service. Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office, CAFM, and Building Management Systems, along with excellent communication and customer orientation, are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (Apprenticeship, Master Craftsman certification, HTL - Higher Technical Education Institute) in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Technology, or comparable field. Additional qualifications (e.g., Fire Protection, Elevator Attendant, Occupational Safety) are advantageous.
Experience
- Professional experience in Facility Management or Technical Service
- Experience in project execution and cost responsibility
- Leadership experience (advantageous)
